Salmon faverolles are some of our favorites here at Sugar Sky Farms and loved by our customers! With their feathered feet and legs, beards and muffs, a fifth toe and a docile, sweet personality, they are sure to be a favorite addition to your flock! 

Our hatching eggs are from our two exhibition quality lines and are bred to the American Poultry Associations Standard of Perfection. We take great pride in the quality of our faverolles and know you will love these fluffy, gentle giants! 

Unique characteristics of Salmon faverolles:

Salmon Faverolles are a French breed with a calm, friendly disposition, making them great companions for any backyard setup. This breed stands out with their fluffy bearded faces, also called a muffs, five distinct toes, and feathered shanks. These charming birds are known to lay eggs with a light brown or even peachy-pink colored shells, adding a touch of beauty to your egg basket!

SHIPPED HATCHING EGGS POLICY

We check our flocks fertility weekly and only ship fresh eggs that are no more than 2 days old to ensure on our end that you receive high fertility eggs and a great hatch. We ship all of our hatching egg in custom foam mailers with protective materials and also double box. Great care is given to your eggs at our farm to ensure your eggs arrive in the best condition possible. 

Eggs ship via USP or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your choice of shipment. 

We cannot guarantee how our eggs will be treated and handled while they’re in transit, nor can we guarantee delivery within a specified time after the eggs are shipped. Extreme temperatures, low air pressure in airplanes, rough handling, delays in transit and delivery, and X-ray machines can all affect the hatch rate of eggs. We do label boxes with important information stating the shipment is live contents and hatching eggs in hopes of good handling and care by the shipping carrier. We also cannot control the conditions under which you incubate the eggs. FOR THESE REASONS WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE HATCH-ABILITY OF THE HATCHING EGGS WE SHIP. If you cannot accept and agree to these terms, please do not purchase. 

 

HATCHING EGGS DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if your eggs are damaged.  

To report damaged eggs, please contact us at Hello@sugarskyfarms.com. We will need not only pictures, but video of both the outer and inner box within 24 hours of receipt of package. Refunds and replacements will be at the discretion of Sugar Sky Farms after receipt of photos and video. Damaged packages do happen and we will always try to guarantee that you will receive what you paid for in unbroken hatching eggs.
